Join author, story teller and ‘book doctor’, Sandra A. Agard for a playful storytelling session including Caribbean tales and readings from a selection of her own books (The Lion Keeper, The Bristol Bus Boycott – A Fight for Racial Justice, Amazing Women in Black History, and Harriet Tubman – A Journey to Freedom).
Sandra will also help you ‘take a word for a walk’ and create haikus (a type of short form poetry from Japan) about your favourite animals.
