Join us as we discuss connecting work, ideas and people across the city, the country and the globe

A series of events hosted by the Independents Biennial 2018, including presentations from Redeye, the National photography network; Contemporary Visual Arts Network and Liverpool Artist Network, all introducing their networks, how to get involved, and how to make an impact. Please join us and add your thoughts about the direction of arts locally and nationally with individuals and organisations who make change.

Friday 14 September, 13.00-16.00:

The Liverpool Artists’ Network (LAN) special Independents Biennial meeting, will give a flavour of Liverpool's independent and artist led art scene and provide the opportunity for artists and arts organisations to informally chat and build relationships. If you’ve never been to a LAN meeting before, or you’re interested in knowing more about Liverpool’s independent art scene, this is a great place to start www.liverpoolartistsnetwork.org

Saturday 15 September, 13.00-16.00:

Contemporary Visual Art Network (CVAN), hosted by Paula Gazzard: introducing the national contemporary art network. Come along and find out how to access the network, and add your unique voice to conversations that change the tone of international art.

Sunday 16, Monday 17, Tuesday 18 September, 13.00-16.00:

Disparity Collective, part of Redeye, the National photography network: displays and talks on their network, their work, and carving a path as professional photographers in the North West.
