Ever tried a morning yoga session on a floating pontoon in the middle of the Royal Albert Dock? Here's your opportunity to do exactly that! Enjoy the unique experience of practising yoga outdoors, surrounded by the sound of the seagulls and the flow of the water.
Donna and Emma from Yin Yan Yoga will lead the class, which will focus on strength, mobility and relaxation. After the class pick up a healthy smoothie (included in the ticket price). Or treat yourself to brunch in our café.
If, due to the weather, we are unable to hold the session outside, it will take place in our fourth floor event suite, which can be accessed via the events entrance door.
These sessions are suitable for all levels. If you are unable to bring your own mat, one will be provided.

Emma Davidson believes that yoga is for everyone and has taught people of all ages and backgrounds. Her classes are suitable for total beginners as well as those who have previous yoga experience.
Donna Unwin is passionate about enhancing everyone's skills and knowledge and encourages yogis to push their boundaries. Her classes are full of enthusiasm and fun.
